Entra Virgin Olive Oil.

I've just introduced you to your new best friend. She's a real charmer.

OCM (oil cleansing method).
To be honest, this might just be the best stuff ever. Before I started using it (which was about a month ago... maybe a little more) I was using this all natural fruit enzyme cleanser... Which was great, but it was pretty pricey. I wanted to find something I could make at home, and that wouldn't cost that much. I first learned about OCM when Haley posted about it on Michelle's blog. There was also a very helpful link to an article called "How to Clean Your Face Naturally." (italicized sections taken from the article)

What to do:
- For those with normal skin, you could start off with a one-to-one ratio of castor oil and EVOO.
- For those with acne-prone or oily skin, reduce the proportion of EVOO, and try three parts castor oil to one part EVOO. (This is what I use)
- For those with drier skin, start off with one part castor oil to three parts EVOO.
It's that simple, and it works like a charm!

Also, for all the daring souls out there... Next time you're about to get in the shower -- well, about half an hour before you get in the shower -- mix together a little less than a half a cup on EVOO and a tbsp of honey... Then rub it all over your hair. It will feel gross, smell bad, and you'll look hilarious... BUT IT WORKS! After you shower your hair will be really soft and smooth. It will also have a little shine to it.

I want to try this! I've tried banana and honey in my hair, but that was a nightmare getting all the chunks of banana out. I'm going to try the oil and honey. Thanks for sharing!
