I found this recipe from Mindy over at Colemans in Love. Feel free to go over there and thank her for the recipe... And also blame her for any weight that might creep on while eating these. :)
2 cups of chocolate
1/3 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
A wee bit of salt.
Grab your cupcake pan and put some liners in it. After that, melt a little over a half of the chocolate (about 1 1/4 cup).
Once the chocolate is melted, "paint" it on the bottom and sides of the liners.
Pop the pan in the freezer until the chocolate is all frozen. While waiting mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and salt.
Take the pan out of the freezer and insert the peanut butter goodness. After the peanut butter is in, melt the remaining chocolate. Once melted, pour over the peanut butter.
Put back in freezer until completely frozen.
Savor the goodness. And make sure you have a napkin near by -- it causes some serious chocolate mustaches. :)
